Do they automatically issue handicapped plates when you register a Lincoln Town Car?

I'm not so sure about that. However, I do think you have to have a captain's license and plenty of practice docking it at the pier before you can take it home.

well what do you expect?? those things are terrible, no one should be allowed to drive boats on the street
